HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Lincoln Property Company has announced five new leases at 801 Travis Street, a downtown office tower located at the corner of Travis and Rusk.
801 Travis is a 21-story, 222,192-square-foot office building situated in the heart of downtown Houston, adjacent to the METRO light rail line. The property sits next to the JW Marriott hotel, a redevelopment of a historic site.
Virgil Hydes, vice president at Lincoln Property Company who specializes in landlord representation, handled the leasing on behalf of the building owner. The recent leasing activity at 801 Travis includes the following transactions:

Chaffee McCall, LLP renewed and expanded its space to 5,400 square feet.

Sourcewater, Inc. leased 3,600 square feet; the company was represented by Dustin Cruz and Steven Heal of CRESA.

Iskandia Energy renewed 4,300 square feet.

Dynamic Scientific renewed 1,400 square feet.

Alpha Graphics leased 2,100 square feet and was represented by Amanda Lawrence of Morrow Hill Corporate Advisor.
