BOSTON – (Realty News Report) – Hines has sold Riverside Center, a trophy office building in Newton, Massachusetts, for $235 million.
Riverside Center spans approximately 509,702 square feet and is considered a trophy-quality office asset in the greater Boston market.
JLL served as the exclusive advisor to the seller, Hines, and secured the buyer for the transaction.
Located at 275 Grove Street, Riverside Center is a premier transit-oriented property that combines high-quality infrastructure with flexible floorplates and a strong amenity package. Onsite amenities include structured parking, a recently renovated café and an updated fitness center. The building sits adjacent to the MBTA’s Riverside Green Line station, offering direct transit access to Boston’s urban core. The property also benefits from close access to the Route 128/Mass Pike interchange, facilitating travel to Downtown Boston and the surrounding affluent suburbs.
