CIA Services Breaks Ground on New Regional Headquarters

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – C.I.A. Services, Inc., a firm that manages community associations, has broken ground on a new regional headquarters in Humble, northeast of Houston.

The development, situated in the Atascocita area at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, will be a single-story, 15,000-square-foot building designed by Tramonte Design Studio.

“As a Houston-based company for more than 36 years, establishing a permanent presence in the Humble area was a natural and strategic move,” said Renea Miksch, Executive Vice President. “This new headquarters will help our team operate more efficiently, exceed expectations, and better serve the communities we manage. With plans for continued growth across the Houston metropolitan area, this location supports C.I.A. Services’ mission to deliver comprehensive, high-quality community association management services.”

O’Donnell/Snider Construction is serving as the general contractor. Construction is in progress and was originally scheduled for completion in June 2021.

C.I.A. Services is a full-service management company offering a range of services tailored to community associations.

Founded in 1984, C.I.A. Services has built a strong reputation managing more than 100 community associations across the greater Houston and San Antonio regions.

In addition, the C.I.A. Services Southwest office is relocating to a newly established 2,400-square-foot space on I-10 West, just west of Highway 6 at One Park Ten Plaza, with the move planned for November.
