HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – EHRA Engineering has leased an entire office building in the Westchase submarket, NAI Partners announced.
The two-story property at 10011 Meadowglen Lane sits between Westheimer Road and Richmond Avenue.
EHRA Engineering will occupy the building as its sole tenant.
Jason G. Whittington of NAI Partners represented EHRA Engineering in the lease transaction.
Brad Sinclair with Madison Marquette represented the landlords, Sunrich Investments, LP and CC Fortune Venture, LLC.
“EHRA Engineering had grown to occupy three buildings on Westoffice Drive over the last 32 years and sought to relocate to consolidate its operations,” Whittington said. “After evaluating a wide range of options in the Westchase/West Houston market, EHRA chose 10011 Meadowglen, a building that allows EHRA to not only be single occupant, but also offers room for growth.”
Architectural and interior design services for the property were provided by Inventure Design, and HITT Construction managed the renovation work.
“The building has undergone significant improvements, including an efficient interior redesign that blends open and private offices with collaborative spaces for teams, along with upgraded restrooms and common areas. The new interior maximizes natural light and improves efficiency, productivity and collaboration, enhancing the overall quality of EHRA’s work environment,” Whittington added.
Founded 80 years ago, EHRA Engineering is a civil engineering firm whose core practice areas include land services, public works, traffic and transportation, surveying and mapping, site work, hydrology and hydraulics, planning and visioning, water and wastewater facilities, district services, landscape architecture and construction services.
