Colvill Office Properties will be led in this assignment by Brad Beasley and Cameron Colvill, who will manage leasing and marketing activities on behalf of Radler Enterprises. Radler’s corporate offices are also located within the Beltway Lakes campus, underscoring the company’s ongoing investment in the submarket.
Colvill Office Properties focuses on landlord representation across Houston and currently oversees leasing and marketing programs for roughly 17 million square feet of Class A office inventory. The firm also handles a significant portion of downtown Houston’s office leasing activity, reflecting deep market experience and a broad tenant network.
