New Apartments Now Leasing in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS – (Realty News Report) – Howard Hughes Corp. has opened Creekside Park The Grove, a new multifamily community in The Woodlands.

Creekside Park The Grove consists of 360 units across six four‑story buildings with elevators. Designed with an urban layout and Craftsman‑style architecture, the residences include one-, two- and three‑bedroom floor plans ranging from about 680 to 1,490 square feet. Ground‑level apartments feature private, fenced yards.

As the second multifamily project in the Village of Creekside Park and its village center, Creekside Park The Grove follows the successful, award‑winning Creekside Park The Residences. Both developments are by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

The project incorporates several health‑focused technologies, including touchless entry doors at the clubhouse, anti‑microbial apartment door hardware and common‑area HVAC systems enhanced with ionization devices.

Each unit features modern interiors with nine‑foot ceilings, quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk‑in closets, smart thermostats and an in‑unit washer and dryer. Private attached garages are also available.

The clubhouse, styled as a contemporary interpretation of a Texas “dog trot” with a fireside back porch, includes a fitness center, a flexible studio for yoga, spin and barre classes, and additional multipurpose space. Community amenities include a resort‑style swimming pool with a cabana, wet bar and fireplace, a dog park, multiple grilling areas and ample indoor and outdoor co‑working spaces designed to support remote work and collaboration.

Additional conveniences include electric vehicle charging stations, a 24‑hour package delivery room, a coffee bar and lounge with a double‑sided fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit with comfortable lounge seating.

Creekside Park The Grove is located at the entrance to Creekside Park Village Center at 8440 Creekside Green Drive, near Kuykendahl Road.

The Woodlands is a 28,500‑acre master‑planned community about 27 miles north of downtown Houston. Over its 47‑year history it has grown into a major employment and corporate hub. The Woodlands is home to roughly 119,000 residents and supports more than 66,000 jobs.

As of May 2021, ApartmentData.com reported Houston’s apartment occupancy at 89.6%, with average rents for units around 886 square feet near $1,073 per month. April 2021 stood out as one of the strongest months for the Houston apartment market, with nearly 5,400 units absorbed, placing the month among the best quarterly absorption periods since 2015, according to Bruce McClenny, president of ApartmentData.com.
