HOUSTON – Cushman & Wakefield announced Wednesday that it has acquired Colvill Office Properties, a Houston-based firm specializing in office agency leasing and marketing services.
Colvill Office Properties currently manages leasing and marketing for approximately 17 million square feet of Class A office space across Houston, including the one-million-square-foot Texas Tower now under development by Hines in downtown.

The Colvill Office Properties team brings more than 130 years of combined experience and has been honored four times as Owner’s Representative of the Year by the Houston Office Leasing Broker’s Association (HOLBA). Their current portfolio spans more than 30 properties across Houston submarkets, including the Central Business District, Energy Corridor/Katy Freeway, Galleria/Uptown, Westchase, West Belt, Springwoods and the Inner Loop.

Colvill is also managing leasing for the proposed CityCentre Six office project being developed by Midway in West Houston.
