HOUSTON — Patrinely Group, a Houston-based developer with a national footprint, has completed Folio West, a 266-unit multifamily community located at 2525 Citywest Boulevard with frontage on Westheimer Road.
The property is owned by Crimson Real Estate Fund in partnership with co-investor USAA Real Estate Company, according to Realty News Report.
The four-story development was designed by LRK Architecture of Memphis and constructed by Jordan Foster Construction. The community features apartment homes ranging from approximately 600 to 1,900 square feet, arranged around a central parking structure and landscaped courtyard to provide residents with convenient parking and outdoor amenity space.
ZRS Management has been retained to handle leasing and property management for Folio West, overseeing resident services, leasing operations, and day-to-day property management.
Patrinely Group is a national real estate development firm with a broad portfolio that includes commercial office, residential, mixed-use projects, high-rise condominiums, hospitality, and entertainment venues. Founded in 1983, the company has completed nearly $7 billion in development across 15 states.
