Jay Kraft has joined Arch-Con Corp. as Senior Vice President of Office and Corporate Interiors.

Paul Layne was named CEO of The Howard Hughes Corporation, which has moved its headquarters to The Woodlands. David Weinreb, the former CEO, has departed the firm.

Ford Allen, Kenady Davis and Trey Waggener have joined Fidelis Realty Partners to staff the launch of its multifamily platform, Fidelis Residential.

Rockspring Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm based in Houston, announced the hire of Matthew Kenneally as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Kenneally previously worked for Throne Petroleum.

Rachel Farris

Randy Nerren, a 35-year veteran of Houston office brokerage, and Rachel Farris have joined NewQuest Properties. Nerren arrives from NAI Partners, while Farris was a senior associate with CBRE’s Houston Retail Services Group.

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has expanded its national loan sales advisory team with three seasoned professionals: Director Stephen Schwalb, Executive Managing Director Brock Cannon, and Managing Director Patrick Arnold. Collectively they bring 34 years of experience from Dallas, New York and Atlanta and will integrate into NKF’s existing loan sales advisory platform to enhance client service across the United States.

Crescent Real Estate LLC announced promotions within its development group: Kevin Crum has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President of Development, and Garrett Swaldi moves from Director to Vice President of Development. Crescent was founded by John C. Goff.
