STAFFORD, Texas — Capital Plastics International has sold its 70,000-square-foot office and distribution facility on Cash Road in Stafford to Tarhong Properties.
Jim Pratt and Trey Erwin of Colliers International represented Capital Plastics in the transaction. Michael Brent, based in the City of Industry, California office of Lee & Associates, represented Tarhong Properties.
Capital Plastics is relocating to 1601 Gillingham Lane in Sugar Land, a 330,000-square-foot building it acquired earlier this year from Dalfen America Corp.
The sold property at 10702 Cash Road is a 70,000-square-foot, freestanding tilt-wall building that includes roughly 10,000 square feet of office space. Originally built in 2005 and expanded in 2006, the facility sits on 3.6 acres, is fully fenced and secured with an access gate.
Located within the City of Stafford Freeport Trade Zone, the property offers convenient access to Highway 90A, U.S. Highway 59 and Beltway 8, making it well positioned for regional distribution and logistics.
