(RNR’s People in Real Estate) DALLAS – Colliers International has hired noted industry professional Sara Terry to lead Colliers’ Dallas–Fort Worth Office Agency Leasing Group. Terry brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Colliers, including property management, landlord and tenant representation, and construction management. She previously served as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty in Dallas. In related news, Colliers International announced the promotion of Will Haynes to Managing Director, Office Occupier Services for Colliers’ North Texas operations.
SEATTLE, WA – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced the addition of four brokerage professionals to lead the firm’s Northwest investment division. The new team includes Stuart Williams, Adrienne Hunter, Alex Muir, and Elizabeth Schalka. Each agent joins Lee & Associates after prior experience with JLL and more recently with Kinzer Partners, strengthening the firm’s Northwest investment capabilities.
The Patrinely Group, a Houston-based national real estate investment, development and management firm focused on large-scale Class A mixed-use, office and multifamily properties in major markets, announced the hiring of Matt Chamberlain as Executive Vice President – Western U.S. Based in the Los Angeles office, Chamberlain will oversee the company’s development activities in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and neighboring states.
Blake Steele has joined Avison Young as an associate, focusing on landlord representation and supporting the expansion of the firm’s agency leasing and property management platform. Steele will work closely with Principals Sam Hansen and Doug Pack.
Houston-based commercial real estate investment firm MLB Capital Partners announced the launch of its commercial real estate brokerage, MLB Commercial Real Estate (MLB CRE). After eight years at Avison Young, Todd Mason, Jeff Lindenberger and their team departed Avison Young to form this new brokerage. Joining MLB CRE are team members Richard Mason, Taylor Wilson, Faith Pate, Andrea Gardner and Melissa Helm, who will support the firm’s brokerage operations.
The NRP Group, a developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing, announced that Alastair Jenkin has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Development for Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. Jenkin will report to Kenneth W. Outcalt, Principal and Head of Development, and will oversee development initiatives across those Texas markets.
