HOUSTON – Craig Young has been appointed Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services group in Houston. Jim Patterson was named a director in CBRE’s valuation group, which provides valuation and advisory services for infrastructure projects (pipelines, transmission lines, waterlines, roadways, etc.), financing support, litigation assistance and expert witness testimony, development advisory, acquisitions and dispositions, and ad valorem tax matters.
THE WOODLANDS – Howard Hughes Corp. announced promotions within its Greater Houston regional executive team overseeing master-planned communities including The Woodlands, Bridgeland and The Woodlands Hills. Jim Carman has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Development, and Heath Melton has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Master Planned Communities (MPC), Residential.
HOUSTON – CBRE announced that Jon Farris, a recognized industry leader, has joined the firm as an Executive Vice President focusing on industrial occupier representation. Farris, formerly with Stream, has completed roughly $2 billion in industrial transactions and is a member of the NAIOP Hall of Fame.
