Trendmaker Homes Launches 225-Acre Master-Planned Community in Katy

KATY, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Trendmaker Homes Houston, part of TRI Pointe Group, has announced the grand opening of LakeHouse, a new gated community located west of Houston in Katy.
Trendmaker, serving as both developer and homebuilder, will deliver approximately 350 home sites and a variety of community amenities across the 225-acre development.
The community sits west of the Grand Parkway near Clay Road, offering convenient access to regional roads and local conveniences.
LakeHouse will provide a range of home sites—50-, 60-, 70- and 90-foot widths—many with oversized backyards. The neighborhood will offer one- and two-story homes featuring open floorplans, up to five bedrooms, between 2 and 5.5 bathrooms, and two- to four-car garages. Home sizes will span from about 1,800 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. The 50- and 60-foot lots will include a new collection of more attainable homes designed for first-time buyers and value-conscious purchasers.

Prices are expected to range from the $200,000s to the $600,000s, with the first move-ins anticipated in summer 2019.
