HOUSTON – The shell of the Air 59 Logistics Center is finished and ready for tenant build-outs. The 685,400-square-foot distribution building sits within the Park Air 59 complex at the intersection of Will Clayton Parkway and U.S. Highway 59 in Humble.

JLL brokers Mark Nicholas, Richard Quarles, and Joe Berwick are handling leasing for the development team led by Archway Properties and Ridgeline Property Group.

“Air 59 is a Class A distribution facility that offers excellent highway access and in-demand industrial features,” said Archway partner Ben Allen. “Coupled with Houston’s robust economy and growing role as a logistics hub, this project will attract a broad range of companies seeking expansion in the region.”

Houston currently has more than 16 million square feet of industrial space under construction, approaching record levels.

Key features of the Air 59 Logistics Center include a 40-foot clear height and 242 trailer parking spaces, designed to support high-efficiency distribution operations.

Located just north of Beltway 8, the logistics center is part of Archway Properties’ Park Air 59 project, a 111-acre mixed-use development with approximately 20 acres of pad sites still available. Park Air 59 already comprises over one million square feet of industrial, medical, and retail space, and includes an 80,000-square-foot Floor & Décor store scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
