Chevron Sells 30-Acre Loop 610 Campus in Bellaire

Chevron sold this tract in the City of Bellaire.

BELLAIRE – SLS Properties, a Houston-based firm led by Danny Sheena, has purchased the 30.5-acre Chevron campus located at Loop 610 and Fournace Place in Bellaire. Chevron has vacated the site.

The property includes two vacant office buildings: a 10-story tower totaling approximately 452,000 square feet and a separate 95,000-square-foot building. SLS Properties plans to add a four-level parking garage and to reposition the campus as multi-tenant office space.

HFF brokers Jeff Hollinden, Wally Reid and Davis Adams marketed the property, which sits less than two miles south of the Galleria.

Although the site borders Loop 610, the prominent corner parcel is occupied by a gas station and is under separate ownership.

Because the property is inside the City of Bellaire — which enforces zoning and stricter development controls — redevelopment options are more limited than they might be elsewhere.
