23,500-Acre East Mile High Ranch with Airstrip for Sale in West Texas

SIERRA BLANCA, Texas – The Texas General Land Office is offering the 23,500-acre East Mile High Ranch for sale in Sierra Blanca, roughly an hour’s drive from El Paso, CBRE announced.
Located just north of Interstate 10 and fronting FM 1111 in Hudspeth County in West Texas, the ranch is a vast, relatively flat open range. The landscape features expanses of grass and low scrub brush, punctuated by scenic mountain views and the wide skies characteristic of West Texas.
The property includes a 6,000-foot by 75-foot runway, providing FAA-rated, fly-in and fly-out access. In addition to the airstrip, there is a small hangar with room for two light aircraft and an interior climate-controlled office.
Eric DeJernett of CBRE and Alton Setliff of Southwest Commercial are representing the Texas General Land Office in the sale.

CBRE and Southwest Commercial will actively market the property to achieve the highest and best price for the General Land Office, the firms said in a press release.
