HOUSTON – Veteran land brokers Alex Makris and Jeff Pittman have joined NAI Partners Houston as Senior Vice Presidents. HOUSTON – Hines announced a high-profile addition to its Investment Management team. Chiang Ling Ng joins the firm as Chief Investment Officer for Asia, reporting to Global Chief Investment Officer David Steinbach. Based in Hines’ Singapore office, Ng will work with Ray Lawler, CEO of APAC, and Lee Timmins, CEO of Eurasia/India, to expand the firm’s presence and investor outreach across the Asia Pacific region. Ng joins a geographically diverse CIO team that includes Alfonso Munk, CIO Americas, and Alex Knapp, CIO Europe. She will serve on the Hines Executive and Investment Committees.

HOUSTON – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties named John McFarlin Vice President of its new Commercial Services Division. McFarlin brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, including work on liquidations and investment opportunities across multiple levels. He will be based in the Premier Properties Cypress office but will serve the firm’s operations across Texas, which include 18 offices statewide and 14 in the Houston area.
