SAN ANTONIO – (Realty News Report) – Sun Holdings Group, a Houston-based real estate investment and management firm led by Managing Partner Ido Blatt, has acquired Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace, a 330-unit apartment community in San Antonio.

The property is located within Bulverde Marketplace, a 104-acre mixed-use development anchored by HEB.

This three-story, garden-style community sits near the University of Texas at San Antonio and Loop 1604, providing convenient access to major corridors and local amenities.

Built in 2018, the property offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with units up to 1,532 square feet.

“We worked closely with Freddie Mac and Berkadia’s Cutt Abelson to successfully secure very attractive financing,” said Ido Blatt. “We look forward to building on these relationships as we pursue future acquisitions.”

SYNC Residential, the property management division of Sun Holdings Group, will oversee operations at Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace. The firm already owns and manages two other properties in San Antonio and four additional properties elsewhere in Central Texas.

“We are very excited to expand our footprint in a resilient market like San Antonio,” said Oren Blatt, Managing Partner of Sun Holdings Group.

The Houston-based company owns and manages approximately 5,500 Class-A apartment units across Texas, Arkansas, and Georgia.
