Vista Companies Acquires West Houston Site for New Retail Center

HOUSTON — Vista Greenhouse Ltd., a real estate investment partnership sponsored by The Vista Companies, has purchased a 2.5-acre site at the corner of Greenhouse and Park Row in West Houston to develop a 26,000-square-foot specialty retail center.
Construction on the development, named The Plazas at Greenhouse, is scheduled to begin in January.
The parcel was acquired from Forresta, Inc. The closing was handled by Lesley Mann of Charter Title, and construction loan financing was provided by James Coleman of Allegiance Bank.
Vista, led by Woody Mann, is a Houston-based firm known for retail development on the city’s west side. Among its notable projects is LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a major mixed-use center along the Grand Parkway, south of Interstate 10.
