HOUSTON – Colliers International brokered the sale of Fairfield Plaza, an 83,000-square-foot multi-tenant medical and retail complex located at 15103 Mason Road in Cypress, northwest Houston. The seller, Radler Limited Partnership, was represented by David Carter of Colliers International. Beth Young, also with Colliers International, represented the buyer, Woodside Health.
The five-building campus occupies 9.39 acres in Houston’s northwest submarket. Constructed in 2014, the property is currently 93% leased to a mix of medical and retail tenants, offering stable cash flow and strong occupancy for the buyer.
