HOUSTON — Transwestern Development Co. has opened the leasing center for its new multifamily community in the Tanglewood neighborhood of Houston.
Named The Hayworth, the property comprises 246 residences at 1414 Wood Hollow Drive, near Voss Road and Woodway. The community’s amenities include a yoga lawn, a dedicated dog spa and a fenced dog park.
Greystar Management Services will oversee property management. The building’s design was created by 5G Studio architects.
“The build of The Hayworth was not formulaic; we researched the surrounding neighborhood and designed the building to fit in with the Tanglewood area,” said Mark Culwell, Managing Director at Transwestern Development Co.
Unit sizes at The Hayworth range from one-bedroom apartments of approximately 934 square feet to larger three-bedroom residences of about 2,324 square feet that include three bathrooms and an additional flex space. The community will also introduce 10 townhomes in 2018, starting at roughly 1,986 square feet.
