The property sits on 13.7 acres within the Plum Creek master-planned community, just west of Interstate 35. The asset was acquired by BSR Real Estate Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The industrial building, constructed by Hanson Asset Management in 2019, was recently purchased by Equity Industrial Partners and Raith Capital Partners in a joint investment. Hoar Construction has begun building a new facility for Uvalde Memorial Hospital in Uvalde, Texas. The $90 million project is Hoar’s sixth rural healthcare development in Texas. UMH, originally built in 1972, has undergone additions and renovations but required replacement. The new 170,000 SF hospital is progressing after site work began in late 2019 and will include 132,870 SF of clinical and institutional space, 31,872 SF of administrative space and an 11,500 SF central utility plant.
