DALLAS – (Realty News Report) – Stream Realty Partners is developing a 500,000-square-foot mixed-use project on a four-acre site along Howell Street in Uptown Dallas.
The development, named The Quad, will include a new 12-story office building offering 335,000 square feet of creative office space.
The office tower’s top floor will house The Quad Club, a penthouse amenity center featuring a tenant lounge, conference facilities, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Dallas skyline. The property will also include more than an acre of landscaped green space and five retail bungalows totaling 15,000 square feet, which will host a curated mix of coffee concepts, elevated fast-casual options, and full-service restaurants.
“Over the last year, we have cast a vision for The Quad that will reestablish the gravitational pull it had in Uptown for several decades,” said Ramsey March, managing director and partner of Stream’s Dallas office development group. “We believe the location, design, and amenity offering will particularly appeal to creative-class tenants seeking something different in Uptown.”
The project was designed by the architecture firm Omniplan. J.J. Leonard and Ryan Evanich with Stream will handle office leasing, while RUE will manage retail leasing.
Construction on The Quad is scheduled to begin this summer, with delivery expected in the fourth quarter of 2022.
