Northwest Houston Office Building Sells in Major Commercial Deal
The York Centre has been sold.
HOUSTON – Colliers International has announced the sale of York Centre, a 114,474-square-foot office building located at 10235 West Little York Road in Northwest Houston. The buyer, Interra York Centre, represented itself in the transaction. David Carter of Colliers International represented the seller.
York Centre is a four-story, multi-tenant office building set on 5.35 acres at the prominent intersection of Hempstead Highway and West Little York Road.
Interra Capital is a Houston-based investment and financial services firm led by Jack Polatsek and David Polatsek. The firm focuses primarily on commercial and residential real estate investments.
Approximately 278,000 residents live within a five-mile radius of the property, providing a broad local labor pool and tenant base.
