HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Jane Page has been named chairman of Lionstone Investments. Brian Sanchez, formerly the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, was promoted to CEO effective June 1. Andy Lusk was appointed chief investment officer. Page, who joined Lionstone in 2012 and became CEO in 2014, led the company’s sale to Columbia Threadneedle in 2017.
Walker & Dunlop has built an eight-person multifamily investment team focused on activity in Texas. The group will be led by Ryan Epstein and Jennifer Ray, both of whom joined from Berkadia.
Meanwhile, Berkadia added a Houston multifamily team from JLL, bringing on Chris Curry, Todd Marix, Joey Rippel and Chris Young to expand its local presence.
Clint Bawcom, previously with Brookfield Properties, has been named managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office. Longtime former managing principals Tim Relyea and Scott Wegmann, who have served the firm for 43 and 39 years respectively, will remain at Cushman & Wakefield continuing to represent their clients. Before joining Brookfield Properties, Bawcom was Senior Managing Director and Principal with Cassidy Turley in Houston and has completed more than 11 million square feet of transactions during his career.
Lee & Associates – Houston, a national leader in commercial real estate services, has promoted Drew Donohue from associate to director. “Drew is diligent and a hardworking leader,” said Chris Lewis, Managing Principal at Lee & Associates – Houston. “I’m thrilled to see him grow with the firm. Jon Levy has been appointed executive vice president at Patrinely Group.
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its land investment team in Houston by adding Kristen McDade, managing director, and Matthew Davis, both of whom join the firm from Berkadia.
Wade H. Greene IV has joined Colliers as principal and director of Retail Services after serving with Transwestern.
Robert Heineman has retired from Howard Hughes Corp., where he served for decades as vice president of planning and design.
Brian Hauser joined Transwestern as vice president of research and analytics. In addition, Stuart Showers was named senior vice president of business analytics.
