HOUSTON — Exeter Property Group Completes Purchase of Century Oaks Business Park
Exeter Property Group has completed the acquisition of Century Oaks Business Park, a 250,000-square-foot industrial complex on Houston’s southwest side. The property sits in the Missouri City area along South Sam Houston Parkway near Highway 90, offering convenient access to key transportation corridors and regional distribution routes.
Century Oaks Business Park comprises six industrial buildings totaling 245,860 square feet on approximately 19 acres. The campus configuration and location make it well suited for light industrial, distribution and logistics operations. FedEx is one of the park’s primary tenants, underscoring the site’s role in regional logistics and freight movement.
The seller, Bearden Investments, was represented in the transaction by Clay Peeples and Bo Pettit of Boyd Commercial, LLC/CORFAC International. Representing the buyer, Exeter Property Group, were Daniel Miller and David Moore of Rubicon Representation. The deal reflects continued investor interest in well-located industrial assets in the Houston market, driven by strong demand for distribution space and last-mile logistics facilities.
With its strategic location near major highways and proximity to the greater Houston distribution network, Century Oaks Business Park aligns with Exeter’s focus on acquiring industrial properties that support long-term cash flow and logistics-driven tenancy. The acquisition adds to Exeter’s portfolio of value-oriented industrial assets and positions the firm to capitalize on ongoing demand for efficient warehouse and transportation hubs in the region.
