HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Goree Architects, a firm known for designing thousands of automotive dealerships nationwide, has leased 14,206 square feet of office space in Sage Plaza in Houston’s Uptown Galleria district.
Representing Goree Architects in the lease transaction were Anthony Squillante and Collin Roach of Avison Young.
The landlord, Granite Barnhart Sage Plaza LP, was represented by Nina Seyyedin and Jason Presley of CBRE.

The 25-story Sage Plaza tower at 5151 San Felipe Street is a 530,000-square-foot Class A office building built in the 1980s. The tower sits east of Sage Road and west of Loop 610, close to Post Oak Boulevard.
Goree Architects is expanding its Houston footprint from roughly 8,000 square feet to 14,206 square feet to support new service lines and additional staff as the firm grows.
Founded in 1963, Goree Architects has designed thousands of retail automotive facilities across the United States. While dealership design remains a core part of the firm’s work, Goree has broadened its practice in recent years to include commercial and corporate interiors.
The firm is currently engaged in projects across industrial, manufacturing, office, and retail sectors. In its corporate interiors practice, Goree serves both landlord- and tenant-represented clients and has multiple projects in progress, said Steve Craney, president of Goree.
Goree Architects is relocating its headquarters from 4710 Bellaire Boulevard, near Loop 610 in Bellaire. The new office will occupy the majority of the 17th floor at Sage Plaza.
