HOUSTON — Shannon Cobb Evans of Heritage Texas Properties has been named chair of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) board of directors for 2019.
John Nugent of RE/MAX Space Center was appointed chairman-elect for the organization, which represents roughly 39,000 members. The new board was officially sworn in during HAR’s Celebration event at the Houston Country Club.
HAR President and CEO Bob Hale acknowledged outgoing chair Kenya Burrell-VanWormer for her leadership and dedication to the association and the real estate industry throughout 2018.
HAR’s Executive Committee for 2019 includes:
