Homes to Waller: Attwater Bringing 1200 New

Attwater Bringing 1200 New Homes to Waller

HOUSTON — , Home builders are sharpening their saws as home construction begins in Attwater, a new community that have 1,200 houses upon completion.

“Attwater will deliver the ideal blend of a quaint rural setting and a prime location that will have residents able to easily get to employment centers in The Woodlands or the Energy Corridor,” said Alex Kamkar, Managing Shareholder of Bold Fox Development, which is developing the community. “I expect our price point from the low $300,000s to also be attractive for the region, opening the door to homeownership for more people.”

Chesmar Homes, HistoryMaker Homes and Empire Communities will be offering homes from the low $300,000s in the 470-acre Attwater community.

Home sales are slated to start in the first quarter of 2025.

Located in Waller County, the Attwater community will be located located along Highway 290, FM 362 and Owens Road.

Attwater residents will enjoy green spaces, creeks, walking trails and a central gathering hub, Kamkar said. Children will attend schools within the Waller Independent School District. The community is planned for 1,200 homes.

The Attwater Prairie Chicken

In tribute to its prairie landscape, the community is named after the Attwater Prairie Chicken, a critically endangered species that can be seen at the Attwater Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge about 60miles west of Houston.

In Bold Fox Development is also developing La Segarra, a 215, acre development in Pattison, Texas, and has completed development of the 45-acre Venetian Pines, located in Conroe.
