Avera Executes a Major Lease, Market briefs

In Houston, The Avera Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction, and investment firm, has reported the execution of a lease at Champions Park,

The 241,712- SF distribution center is situated on 14 acres in Northwest Houston. W-Industries has signed a long-term lease for the entire building.

The building will be fully air conditioned and facilitate W-Industries’ growing manufacturing operations.
