In Fort Worth, Cousins Properties Inc. reported that it has completed the sale of 777 Main, its 980,000 sq ft, Class A office tower in downtown Fort Worth for a gross price of $167 million.
The tower was purchased by the Brookdale Group, an Atlanta firm led by former Hines executives.

Atlanta-based Cousins primarily invests in Class-A office assets located in Sunbelt markets, with a focus on Texas, Georgia and North Carolina. Cousins is also partnering with Hines to develop a 23-story office tower in Victory Park in Dallas.
