Broaden National Scope: DC Partners Acquires NY Firm to

In Houston, DC Partners, a Houston-based real estate and development firm, has expanded its national presence with the purchase of New York-based Design Build Partners.

The strategic collaboration between the two firms will integrate development and construction, as well as acquisitions, capital and asset management.
