Dallas Sell for $300 Million; CBRE Says Biggest Deal in Big D in 2015: Galleria Office Towers

In Dallas, CBRE Global Investors purchased the Galleria Office Towers, a 1.4 million sq ft, three-building office complex adjacent to the Galleria Mall.

The deal, with an estimated sales price over $300 million, was expected to be the largest office sale of the year in Dallas, says CBRE’s Gary Carr, who brokered the deal with John Alvarado, Eric Mackey and Robert Hill.

The buildings, located in North Dallas near the LBJ Freeway, were purchased from Cannon Commercial.
