North Houston: Griffin Partners Building

In Houston, Griffin Partners is developing a 137,000-SF distribution called Carter Crossing in North Houston, near Beltway 8 and Interstate 45.

Transwestern’s Craig Bean and Brian Gammill will provide leasing services on behalf of Griffin Partners.

In 2023, Griffin Partners purchased nine acres on Greens Parkway for this development.

“Having developed two successful projects in close proximity, we are confident that we will continue to see tenants seeking smaller quality Class-A Industrial space in this prime location,” said Travis Covington, President of Development at Griffin Partners.

Houston-based Griffin Partners, founded in 1980 by Fred Griffin, has purchased or developed over 19 million SF, comprised of 124 individual properties.
