Builder Enters Austin Market: Houston Luxury Home
In Georgetown, Texas, Fedrick Harris by Newmark, the luxury division of Houston-based Newmark Homes, is expanding into the Austin market.
Fedrick Harris will offer custom estate homes in Cimarron Hills, a golf course community spanning 1,000 acres near the intersection of State Highway 29 and Cross Creek Road in Georgetown. The Texas Hill Country community is about 32 miles north of downtown Austin and eight miles west of downtown Georgetown.
