JLL closed the sale of Vintage Plaza, a three-building shopping center totaling 40,612 square feet in Round Rock, north of Austin. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Ironwood Real Estate. SITE Centers Corp. purchased the asset, which was completed in 2003. Vintage Plaza was 93.4% leased at the time of sale. A California partnership sold its last Texas holding, the five-building Switzer Business Park in northeast Dallas, to a Fort Worth-based limited liability company. The 95%-leased property totals 123,000 square feet at 10840–930 Switzer Ave. More than 60 tenants occupy a mix of office, industrial and flex spaces serving small and medium-size businesses. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services and Jason Finch of Switzer Business Park Dallas LP were involved in the transaction. The buyer is G.W. Floyd Ventures, LLC, which retained Bradford to continue leasing the property.
