Plano Purchased by W.P. Carey Unit: Intuit Building

In Plano, Texas, W. P. Carey Inc., a global net-lease REIT specializing in corporate sale-leaseback financing, build-to-suit financing and the purchase of single-tenant net lease properties, today reported the purchase of a 166,000 square-foot facility is located in the Legacy Business Park in Plano.

The building, constructed in 2001, is leased to Intuit Inc., the owner of retail products include QuickBooks, TurboTax and Quicken.

In The Legacy Business Park is a 2,700, acre project where Toyota is building its 2.1 million square-foot North American headquarters.
