Luxury homebuilder adds Houston communities

In Houston, Toll Brothers, a national luxury homebuilder operating in over 60 markets, will soon begin sales in several new communities in greater Houston.

The company reported the development of a new large-scale planned community in Richmond named Evergrove. Sitework is in progress at FM 723 and Old Pecan Road, about 30 miles southwest of downtown Houston. Toll Brothers will be joined by Tri Pointe Homes as a builder in the new community.

Toll Brothers will build modern homes ranging from 1,880 SF to over 6,100 SF on 45- to 80-foot-wide lots. The homes will be priced from the mid-$400,000s to the mid-$900,000s. Home sales are slated to begin in fall 2026.

“We are thrilled to unveil a variety of new home collections coming soon to Evergrove, a new large-scale planned community designed to inspire and elevate the lifestyles of our home shoppers,” Brian Murray, Division President of Toll Brothers in Houston, said when the deal was released.

Jones Creek will wind through the community, which will have a fitness center, pool, fishing pond, and parks. Students will attend Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.

The Toll Brothers homes at Midline will range from 3,386 SF to over 4,651 SF. Prices will begin in the upper $600,000s.
