In Farmers Branch, Texas, GEICO has sold its 14-story, 240,000-SF office building on Spring Valley Road in the Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch. The buyer, JP Partners was represented by the NAI Robert Lynn firm. About a year ago, GEICO relocated its regional office to the former Fossils Inc. headquarters building in the city of Richardson.
