HOUSTON – Nickson Spell Road Industrial Ltd. will develop a 30,000-square-foot office-warehouse in the Tomball Business and Technology Park, located in north Houston.
The speculative project will sit on a 2.9-acre parcel near Spell Road and Hufsmith Kohrville Road within the Tomball community in Harris County.
Tom Condon Jr., senior vice president in Colliers International’s The Woodlands office, represented the Tomball Economic Development Corporation, the seller of the land.
Expected to create 15–25 full-time positions, this project marks the third speculative development within the Tomball Business and Technology Park.
Nickson Industrial Warehouses, the developer, is led by Charles G. Nicks. The firm has completed projects in Oak Ridge North and other locations across Houston and Dallas.
