HOUSTON – NCS Multistage, a supplier of products and support services for oil and natural gas well completions and hydraulic fracturing, will relocate its headquarters to the Chasewood Crossing Three building at 19350 Highway 249 in northwest Houston.
The company has signed a lease for 20,886 square feet on the top floor of the new Class A, six-story development. NCS Multistage is moving from Chasewood Crossing II on the same campus.
Kevin Saxe and Amber Wendt with CBRE represented NCS Multistage in the transaction. Brenda Pennington with Pennington Commercial Real Estate represented the property owner, Greenwood Properties, Inc.
The 30-acre office park targets businesses seeking shorter suburban commutes. Chasewood Crossing III offers 156,000 square feet of space, and three additional buildings are planned for the campus.
According to CBRE, NCS Multistage sought a modern, open-plan office that uses space efficiently and allows for future growth.
“With CBRE’s assistance we were able to start with a blank sheet and apply new concepts to design a more efficient floor layout,” said Wade Bitter, Chief Administrative Officer of NCS Multistage. “Relocating the headquarters also supports a broader consolidation of our Houston operations.”
