THE WOODLANDS – (Realty News Report) – Howard Hughes Corp. has unveiled plans for a 364-unit multifamily development in the Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands.
The apartment community will be located at the northeast corner of Creekside Green Drive and Kuykendahl Road. Studio Red Architects designed the clubhouse for the project.
Another Howard Hughes development in The Woodlands was recently honored as “New Development of the Year” by the Houston Apartment Association.
The new community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 600 to 1,400 square feet. Units will include quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, smart thermostats, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
First-floor apartments will feature private, fenced yards.
