In Houston, (People in Real Estate by Ev Konut Proje), Hines reported Crystal Castille-Cromedy will be promoted to senior vice president of talent and chief diversity officer. Reporting directly to chief people officer, Stephanie Biernbaum, Crystal will lead the firm’s talent and DEI strategy to ensure Hines continues to attract, train, and retain diverse individuals and achieves more equitable diversity representation.

In Houston, CBRE reported that Chris Bergmann Jr. has joined its land team in Houston as Executive Vice President. Chris brings more than seven years of experience, with expertise in urban and suburban land sale, urban redevelopment and corporate relocation. Prior to joining CBRE, Chris was Executive Vice President at JLL. “Chris is a premier land broker in Houston, and we are excited to welcome him to the CBRE team,” said Peter Mainguy, Senior Managing Director & Houston Market Leader at CBRE.

HOUSTON – Cushman & Wakefield reported the hiring of Sam Pouns as Senior Director. He will be based in the firm’s Houston office. Pouns will join the Office and Industrial Tenant Representation teams.

In Atlanta, Texas-based Constellation Real Estate Partners is opening an office in Atlanta The firm has hired 30-year industrial real estate veteran Chris Brown has joined Constellation as Partner and 25-year industrial real estate veteran Sandra Reeves as Vice President of Development Management for the firm’s new Atlanta office.
