In Henderson, Nev., PulteGroup, the nation’s third-largest homebuilder, has opened Aries, an 1,100-acre large-scale planned community in Henderson, near Las Vegas.
Aries is being developed as a multigenerational community with 24 neighborhoods offering single-family and multifamily homes in a variety of price points.
To date, Aries features PulteGroup’s renowned brands, Pulte Homes and Del Webb, with others to be reported soon. Currently, Aries offers 15 floorplans that range from 1,285 to 2,727 SF with homes priced from the $300,000s to the $500,000s.
Del Webb is slated to begin home sales in 2027, and the neighborhood will offer a clubhouse for the exclusive use of Del Webb residents. The clubhouse is set to include a fitness center, pickleball courts, lounge area, lifestyle and meeting space.
“Aries location near major shopping and dining destinations, and the region’s hallmark recreation spots, including Lake Mead and regional acclaimed trails, make the community particularly attractive to those seeking an active outdoor and vibrant lifestyle,” said Ryan Breen, PulteGroup’s Las Vegas Division President.
