In Richmond, Texas, Landmark at NinetyNine, LLC bought 20.5 acres at Owens Road and the Grand Parkway in Richmond where it will build a multifamily project. LEWISVILLE, Texas — Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments reported the sale of MacArthur Business Park, a 152,210 SF industrial development, to TA Realty, a real estate investment firm. Located in the DFW Airport submarket of Lewisville, the two buildings were sold at shell completion. The 72,052 SF and 80,156 SF buildings, located at 2791 MacArthur Blvd., offer frontage on Highway 121.

TYLER, Texas – The Multifamily Group, a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, facilitated the sale of Azalea Court, a 28-unit garden-style multifamily asset in Tyler. Yonnic Land represented the seller and Jon Krebbs procured the buyer.

The property is 100 percent leased on a long-term basis to a well-known, large-scale tenant for an e-commerce fulfillment facility.
