HOUSTON – (RNR Real Estate Briefs) – Colliers International’s Design and Construction Advisory Services team has been retained to provide project management services for PCS Software Inc., which leased 25,772 square feet at 2103 City West Blvd. The landlord, PKY-2101 CityWest 3 & 4, LP, was represented by JP Hutcheson of Parkway Property Investments. Jay Kyle and Bob Parsley of Colliers International represented the tenant. Colliers will collaborate on the project with Ziegler Cooper.
DLR Group leased 9,000 square feet of office space at 1000 Louisiana St. in downtown Houston. Marilyn Guion and Warren Savery of CBRE represented the landlord, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.
NAI Partners’ Investment Fund platform sold the Leghorn Service Center, a three-building industrial park totaling 66,530 square feet in Houston. NAI originally acquired the assets in 2019 through NAI Investment Fund II. The JLL team of Charlie Strauss, Trent Agnew and Katherine Miller served as the listing brokers and procured the buyer.
Vee Express leased 114,492 square feet of industrial space at 8503 City Park Loop. Jason Dillee of CBRE represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties Trust. Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine of Savills represented Vee Express.
Nga Pham of May Food Produce Wholesale purchased 5.8 acres at the northwest corner of Stancliff Road and Brooklet Drive for the development of a food processing facility. Jane Nguyen and Kimchi Nguyen of Alpha Realty represented the buyer. William Rudolf and Kyle Golding of CBRE represented the seller, Abundmer Inc.
Transwestern Real Estate Services has been engaged by Sidra Real Estate to provide office leasing services for two buildings in Houston’s Riverway submarket: 2 Riverway, a 369,479-square-foot office tower, and 4900 Woodway, a 122,899-square-foot office building. The Transwestern leasing team of Louann Pereira, Doug Little and Matthew Seliger will represent Sidra.
John S. Wall Jr. and Maury Bronstein of 1912 Ventures represented Tetrasolv Filtration in two coordinated transactions. 1912 Ventures sold Tetrasolv’s 62,814-square-foot service center on 1.6 acres in East Downtown at 401 North Velasco St. and also represented the company’s purchase of a 61,460-square-foot industrial facility in southwest Houston at 14549 Minetta Street. The timing of both deals was coordinated to allow a single relocation of the company’s operations. The Velasco Street buyer was represented by Bill Garcia of Carlos Garcia Realty, and the seller of the Minetta Street property was represented by Trey Erwin and Robert McGee of Lee & Associates.
John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented EN Group Corporation in leasing 25,368 square feet at 1819 Turning Basin Drive. David Munson of Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, First Industrial Texas, LP.
Linda Crumley of The J. Beard Real Estate Co. recently represented NW Oral Surgery in the sale of a 2,500-square-foot medical office to Texas Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine. The office is located at 2827 Waterbend Cove in Spring. The buyer was represented by Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate.
NAI Partners arranged a 1,540-square-foot retail lease for Arcpoint Labs of Spring at 2520 Research Forest Drive. NAI Partners’ Laura Diggs represented the tenant.
Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company acted as intermediary in a lease of 2,656 square feet of office space at 108 Commercial Circle in Conroe, securing the tenant NanoSeal, LLC and representing the landlord, 108 Commercial Circle, LLC.
Sonny Bazbaz of BBZ Development purchased one acre at 1908 Johanna in Houston with plans to develop and build townhomes. BBZ Development has completed similar townhome projects in several Houston neighborhoods. The seller was represented by Emil Wulfe of Wulfe & Co.
Supreme Plant Services leased 11,900 square feet at 10425 Moers Road. Zane Carman and Clay Pritchett of NAI Partners represented the landlord. Colliers International’s Barrett Gibson represented the tenant.

Freedom Forever Texas, LLC signed a lease for 16,364 square feet of industrial space at 4940 Eisenhauer Road in San Antonio. John Grady with CBRE in Phoenix represented Freedom Forever Texas. The landlord, Prologis NA2 Texas, LLC, was represented by Josh Aguilar with CBRE in San Antonio.
Dallas — Gardner Capital, a family-owned private equity firm specializing in multifamily housing and renewable energy development, completed Provision at North Valentine, a seven-building, 96-unit multifamily community in Hurst, Texas.
TLC Kids’ Center Inc. expanded its San Antonio presence with a new lease for 6,821 square feet of office space at 212 East Ramsey Road. Charlie Weil and Licia Shreves of Transwestern represented TLC Kids’ Center. Kyle Gunter and Travis Wright with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Soledad NFLP, LLC.
JLL Capital Markets closed the sale and arranged acquisition financing for The Park at Rialto, a newly constructed, 274-unit garden-style multifamily community built by GenCap Partners, Inc. in northwest San Antonio. Covenant Capital Group purchased the asset from GenCap in a JLL-brokered transaction.
Dallas — Mohr Partners, a global corporate real estate services firm, signed a long-term renewal of its 20,000-square-foot headquarters lease at Wellington Centre in the Galleria submarket of Dallas. Mohr Partners CEO Robert Shibuya said the company chose a contrarian workplace strategy by adding more private offices to allow for social distancing and greater privacy for team members, rather than adopting a dense open-plan layout.
Bedford, Texas — MedCore Partners, a national healthcare real estate development and brokerage firm headquartered in Dallas, announced the groundbreaking of Bedford Medical Plaza, a new medical office building that will total 25,200 square feet on a 3.2-acre site.
A&G Real Estate Partners, acting as real estate advisor for Stage Stores, Inc., is accepting bids on the retailer’s Jacksonville, Texas distribution center and two other properties. The Houston-based Stage Stores chain filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2020. A&G is marketing a 435,196-square-foot facility at 506 Beall Blvd. in Jacksonville, situated on a 42.5-acre parcel that includes undeveloped land.
Superior Hail Repair signed a short-term lease for 17,320 square feet of industrial space at 12029 Warfield in San Antonio. Justin Roberts with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Byco, Inc.
NATIONAL – RNR Real Estate Briefs
JLL Capital Markets closed the $46.2 million sale of a two-property office portfolio totaling 223,249 square feet in northern Scottsdale, Arizona on behalf of Equus Capital Partners. Both buildings border the HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, a 433-bed full-service acute care hospital and a major regional employer.
92 Mountain View in Scottsdale, Arizona was purchased by Exeter Property Group for $19.2 million. The 116,200-square-foot property is approximately 89% leased to CVS Caremark.
