Austin’s Domain Project: Spec Office Building Under Construction

In Austin, Construction has begun on an 11-story, 310,000-SF spec office project in The Domain multi-use development in north Austin.

Austin-based Stonelake Partners is developing the building in partnership with HPI Real Estate. The office project, scheduled for completion in 2018, was designed by BOKA Powell architecture.

In a separate deal in The Domain, Tier REIT of Dallas has purchased two office buildings in The Domain from Shorenstein Properties of San Francisco for about $150 million.
