The 318-unit San Estrella will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom plans with “soft-loft” features of open living spaces, high ceilings, oversized windows, island kitchens, high-efficiency appliances and modern building technologies. The property also is set to feature detached garages, including several with charging stations, and private storage rooms.
