River Oaks area: Tower Tops Out

In Houston, High Street Residential and joint venture partner Daiwa House topped out construction on the Rone Residences, a 12-story multifamily project near River Oaks and Upper Kirby.

The developers started work on the 209-unit project in January of 2023 and are on schedule to deliver the first units during the first quarter of 2025.

High Street’s Rone Residences project is a collaboration of prominent Houston-based design groups with national-level gravitas: the project architect, Ziegler Cooper Architects, worked closely with Rottet Studio for interior design and Kudela & Weinheimer Landscape Architects designed the exterior landscapes. Hoar Construction is the project’s general contractor.
