HOUSTON — Transwestern has represented MOD Pizza in securing leases for six additional restaurant locations across the Houston area. These new openings bring MOD Pizza’s presence to 23 locations throughout Greater Houston.
Transwestern Senior Vice President Grant Walker and Vice President Chris Reyes acted as exclusive advisors to MOD Pizza in the Houston market and led the lease negotiations for these transactions. Nationally and internationally, MOD Pizza now operates more than 230 restaurants across the United States and the United Kingdom.

MOD Pizza was founded in Seattle in 2008 by entrepreneurs Scott and Ally Svenson and has grown steadily into a prominent fast-casual pizza brand known for customizable personal pizzas and a community-focused business model.
